Speaker question?

I've recently been researching a new system I want in my 2015 regular cab GMC Sierra. I've come to decide that I am going with Rockford Fosgate P165-SE components for the front doors, but I'm having trouble deciding on what I need for the 4" speakers which are in the pillar right behind the driver and passengers head.

I've been looking at a set of compents for this location but am worried that with a second set of tweeters it might be a little harsh. Would I be better off with just some midrange drivers or would i be fine running another set of full components and mounting the tweeters up in a high location?

I would completely nix the rear speakers and use that money for better components up front. Or use the money to amplify the front speakers.

I'm liking that idea. I already feel like the rear speakers have hardly any output. I like rockford fosgate but I'm really wanting to put some money into this system, is there any higher end components you would recommend? I'm not looking to spend more than $350 on componenets since I'm nixing the back speakers.
