Speaker help/suggestion

I have a 2003 monte carlo ls. I'm looking to replace the speakers. I know the backs are 6x9.Are the fronts 5 1/4 or 6 1/2 ? Also , are there tweeters? Should I look for a set of components or coaxials? I don't really want to have any modification done and I'm not sure if there are tweeters and if so,if a new set of components would fit.

look on crutchfield it will tell you what size they are i'd go with components leave the stock tweets and add the new one from the set ,just flush mount it
