Speaker and Amp Configuration?

I recently bought a pair of Infinity Kappa 462.7CFP and Kappa 652.7i for my truck. The amp I have is Infinity 7541A. I know how to install amps and speakers but I don’t know how to use the setting on the amp (like the gain and others). Would anyone be able to tell me what a good setting would be to use for the speakers and amp I have? Also I have one question about RMS watts for the speaker, how much can I go over the RMS before it becomes unsafe for the speakers? Thanks, Max
