Speaker/Amp question

Hey guys, newbie to the car audio world and greatly appreciate any help

Just bought a new 06 sebring convert and am looking to hook up the system with crisp loud sound and very important punchy base....I know being a convertible that may be a issue.

So far picked up a pioneer 5900IB and have allready seen a great increase in quality with crappy factory speakers.

Now looking for two pairs of speakers 6*9 and a amp for it...for the 3 items pricing aprox 600

Please any suggestions on two pairs of speakers and amp?

Heard Infinity Kappas are quality products and they seem to be on sale too, 140...will they give me some decent mid range base?

If you're after good sound quality but still within a decent price range, I say go for a Polk or MadiSound.
