Ok i was in the market for a destroyer but its going to be hard for me to find one, so i was approached with the idea of getting a soundstream-xxx15, from the looks from the specs it looks decent but it handles 8500watts rms in which i dont have. i will be pushing about 2800-3000 watts to whatever im about to get if i do decide to get a single sub, in the mean time i have my 12" SX's that will be recxiving this much power. What should i do keep the SX's throwing 2800-3000watts to them or getting the soundstream-xxx15? Explain ur decisions

Well u guessed it right. But i know its all in the box design and not really the wattage but both would be more efficient, jus want to get the best of it and cant afford a collosus amp

you dont need 8500.

i called soundstream last year sometime because one of my friends has gob's of money and he wanted a SS XXX, the tech there told me 2000-4000 is a good amount of power for daily use.
