Soundstream VGA opinions

Im looking at the 5 channel model. It can be had very cheap and has about all the options anyone needs. Are they under or over rated?

i have a friend that swears on his vga 320.4. i trust him enough to say i believe its pretty good (talked me into buying one) his set up is the refference series 3 way component mb quart set and a jl audio 12w3 all powered by this amp. my world finals car (from a while ago) was all soundstream powered. after soundstream had troubles with their 10.0 series amps i left them alone (i had 3.0's and 1 6.0 the upgrade for me to new equipment would have been 5.0's and 10.0). they went through some tough times and so forth but have survived. ever since i have heard of 0 problems with their better stuff and the vga line is their better stuff

You can probably find a good deal on an Soundstream D'Artanagan 5ch- heard a few of them, make for a nice clean and balanced SQ system
