I'm new to this forum because I'm looking for help with this amp. I just aquired this amp: Soundstream Rubicon 255.
http://www.soundstream.com/sub/owner_manual/Rub255355555.pdf
Here's my setup, it's basic, Blaupunkt head unit with pre-amp outs, One (1) Left door speaker, One (1) Right door speaker and a 10" (4 ohm DVC) sub. If you look at the owner's manual (above link) on page 21 (Sample System #3-(255-355) I would assume this is how I would setup my system.
My problem is I don't know what RCA jacks to hookup, it dosent say whether to use the sub outs from the head unit into channels 3&4 or just use all the stereo outs. Now on the bottom of the amp there is a stamp that shows that same picture (where the left & right speakers are bridged) but it says "WHEN BRIDGING USE CH2 ® & CH3 (L) INPUTS ONLY".
What does this mean? I only connect a total of two (2) RCA jacks? Wouldnt this make the output to my door speakers MONO?
I'm friggen confused any help with this is greatly appreciated and if I didnt provide enough info let me know either here or in a PM.
Thanks everybody.
