DJ, upon further consideration I regret that I really do not have the extra scratch currently to buy audio gear that I don't have a genuine need for so I will have to withdraw my offer.

Local shop should be able to do it - there's a tint shop here that does audio installation that will hook up amps and give a sheet that has the power output. Most often they'll do it for free. If you can find a place that'll do it and they want to charge I can send payment to have it done prior to buying the amp.

Shop here uses an RMS voltmeter, oscope and tone generator I believe - you can also use a regular voltmeter (yech) or dummy load+voltmeter.

i thought so. I would much rather just test the thing to make sure it works and leave the benching to the new owner.
