Soundstream amps?

I have read on here that soundstream amps are pretty good, so i was looking around and i seen one that would fit the setup i want to use. It's the Picasso PIC1.900D. it produces 900 watts at 1 ohm. Does anybody know if this amp is any good and would it put out the full 900 watts with a 1 ohm load?

same no experience with them but I would reccomend checking out the Rubicon 1000-1, excellent amp
