Soundstream Amps?

Are they reliable/ do rated power? Looking at the EGA1700D. I searched and looked at pervious threads, but nobody really had any input or say about them. And what voltage would this amp be rated at?

not bad i couldnt tell you voltage specs. i know 2 people with that amp and they seem to like it. they hold it in high reguard like the older soundstream stuff. it isnt reference/piccaso/vga grade but it does get loud.
