Would that be cool for two CVX 15's ? I want to order tonight and it seems like a good price. Just wanted to know if I was making a wise decision.

Knowing soundstorm, the RMS rating of 1700w, and the price there's almost no way you're going to get the power it's rated for. I would expect more like 1200w.

If you have a pair of dvc 4's I'm sure it will work ok, but who knows how long.
