Its saying I'd have about 80m/s port velocity at box Fb. That also seems screwy

Woah, I think you may be doing something wrong in that case. When I plugged in the correct data I was getting port velocity results in the low teens.

Right click on the graph and make sure the units of measurement are set properly. You want it set to m/s and to be outputting "peak" velocity. (not "p-p" or "rms")

Also, make sure you are on the correct graph.

Make sure WinISD recognizes that you are calculating for 60 square inches (not centimeters) of port area.

Keep messing with it.

And there in lies the problem. I meant 6.16 centimeters port diameter as that translates into 4 inches. That would give 25 square inches of port area or 60 square centimeters. Getting 60 square inches would require about 5 4 inch diameter ports, something I don't have space for.

Lol, thats what happens when you try to do things on little sleep. I didn't realize it but I was using a conversion factor of 1.54 instead of 2.54. Oops.
