Just wanted to share with everyone about the service i got from Mike at SS today. Just about an hour ago i decided to buy a pair of RL-p's so i went to the website and lo-and-behold===>they take paypal!!!! so i ordered a pair and within half an hour Mike contacted me and gave me my order number and told me these would be shipped out today!!! So my experience with SS is starting off AWESOME...lets hope everything is cool once the shipping company gets ahold of these puppies.. once i find a new house i'm going to ordering 2 RL-s 12"s from him as well for my home theater

mike is awesome to deal with...shit i annoyed him for like 6 months with questions before i bought a rlp...he always responded with great info and honesty....not just the answer that would get him the most $...rare in retail...

Yeah mike is the man. I bought my RL-ps durring the hurricane katrina ordeal. and UPS wasnt shipping down here yet. So mike to the extra time and money (didnt charge me extra) to find a way to ship me my subs. SoundSplinters Customer Service is Excellent.
