Sounds fishy to me

I am trying to sell my JL 12W6v2 locally and i got lots of responses this week but no one actually picked it up yet.

One guy told me he's ready to buy it but he will send me a check and some shipping guy will pick it up from my place and he needs my full name, adress, phone number to complete the transaction.

I got those kinda emails before and they were all scam and i never replied top those.

what do u guys think?

yeah but just doesn make sense u know.

if this guys away it would make senese to buy it off from a local guy or ebay or watever. After all im not selling it dirt cheap ($240 and it comes with original box, JL grill and mounting screws).

This happend to me last year. I almost bit it untill $1200 of money orders for a $400 item showed up in my mail box with no return adress, stamp and it wasent sealed. Took them to the police department and turns out they were fake. Cash in hand and they must pick it up only.
