The only reason they added them was for us dumb Americans.
should of been more clear, i bought it used with toolmaker inputs. the internal fusing is a 350 mega fuse which is around 450 amps long term so i have no doubt a short run of 1/0 or 2/0 ofc could handle that.

definitely helped to add the extra runs for me though, i clamped it drawing around 330 amps on a dc clamp (not clipped or anything)

you should have at least dual 1/0 runs.
