i have personally beat on The Ab its pretty mean guys.its twin is also a beast and nicer to look at.
i am in no way dissin his stuff just wondering what justifies the $$$....service,warrenty?

Um let's start with parts, boards, construction, then warranty, service, advertising....etc...

The reason those amps are expensive, put out a ton of power and a small, is because of the quality parts used.

i dont know about better but compare prices and im sure sundowns are quicker and easier to get serviced.

And the SD's are still louder at the end of the day,service is fast and murilo is easy to talk to ....

Actual my boy is now a dealer of SD, pretty sure he said Murilo would replace the amps, not just fix them.

I agree, I think people are getting the wrong ideas here. This amp is not for the "average" basshead. Sundown, AB, etc... are more along those lines. But when it comes down to competing I would take SD and not look back.

I used to think Stetsom was overrated, but a few of my friends are using them and I have seen some impressive numbers from them.... but they are $$$$$$$$$$$,$$$$$$$$$

To me, I guess if you dont have the room, then those small footprint amps are the way to go....

But to me, I would rather have somebody look at my setup and see two 7500.1s that put out the same power as one of those 12kd amps with 15 volts. The wow factor is nice to have (in my opinion)

But then again, my setup in my durango is SMALL... behind my third row of seats and just above them. But it will do a 150+

The SD8000 is capable of 13kW in 15V

SD12kD will make 18kW to 20kW, depending on your voltage drop.

They deliver these large amount of power because we specify the power at 12.6V, and we are testing the amps using the CEA-2006, so espect at least more 30% power at 14.4V...

We provide the warranty (12 months) service in Canada and USA.

The brain of the amplifier, a 20MHz microcontroller is programmed at the factory, so only the factory can provide. Who better than us to make the servicing?

I personally would prefer having an amplifier that is not the same internally as any other amp, well, 90% of the high power amps in the market you can make a order on the buildhouse of 10 pieces and have your own name on it. It is always the same, just look the pics.

Sure I know tons of people that run AB, Sundown, Soundstream, etc... You are missing the point of SD also. Small foot print. How much space would these other amps take up to equal the amount of power. Some people do not want 10 amps in their vehicle
