Given what I've learned about this guy's behavior on more than one forum regarding giving out free stuff, I didn't see it as a joke. To me, it could have been interpreted in a few different ways.

But I've never known Squeak to be shady or a liar, so I guess his defense stands with me.

I guess I just find the whole thing pretty interesting, that's all. And I'm posting this on my own and not in defense of anyone at CAE for whatever reason.

Judging from some of your posts in the last couple days, it would appear on the outside that you may have a vendetta against Ant. Between this, and your elementary attempt to discredit SDS, Im left wondering if you aren't the guy making the accusation on the other forum, or affiliated with Cascade in some way.

Agreed, it's not going to get anything done. But the questions the OP asked were legit in my view and deserve further looking-into. That WAS the original intent of this post, whether you want to think of it that way or not.

If you think I was attempting to discredit the SDS, then so be it. My intent was to discuss the points brought up by the OP in greater detail. I didn't know manufacturers go above and beyond with the heat during testing, but now I do. It's cool.

All I'll say, as a rep and a vendor in the industry, is that one tends to "hear" things. You think it was obvious and stupid, I don't. If it was never posted in the open in the first place there'd be no speculation.

I'm just trying to back my statements the best way I can. I can see how it would seem like I'm holding something back, but I'm really not. I'm just being respectful of personal info while at the same time trying to justify the things I've said.
