sound system makes a light buzz sound help

I hooked up 4 alpine speakers to my car amp and I hear a "PRRRRRRR" sound like your gargling some water lightly

when when I turn my sound system on. The speakers

came with 2 crossovers and 2 sets of tweaters. I double checked and

I have everything hooked up correctly. Do you think its because a wire

can be touching somewhere, or somethings hitting metal. I dont want to

waste hours tracing back the wires and find out that, that wasnt

the problem. I cant really tell if the sound is comming out of the speakers or the tweaters.

I think it might be both. Tweaters, amp, speakers, and crossovers are hooked up correctly. I am a little unsure about the imput from the deck to the amp though.

Are you using a loc?

Does it only happen when the car is running or when it is off also.

it happens when I turn on my car with the key......so "when the sound system is on". I took my deck out so my sound system wont turn on when I drive, I don't want to mess anything up.

When u rev up your car with the system on does the sound get louder?

Try regrounding the Head unit.

Also make sure your grounds for your amps are good.

Sanded down to bare metal, free from rust, paint ect...

yea the ground is fine. It makes the sound even without the engine running. It sounds the same with the engine off.

Sounds like a grounding problem. Check your HU grounds, or the amp ground if you're amping your speakers.
