i belive this is right sub its a soundsplinter 12" but on there website it says that there dual 4 ohm....do they make dual 2 ohm and not have it posted. i want to upgrade my subs after is sell my 2 12"s and get just 1 12 but i need a dual 2 ohm so i can run it at 1 ohm off of my nine.1 also how would this sub compare to the re sx at 1200x1 watts. thanxs alot guys

they used to make dual 2 but don't anymore. that ed probably puts out 800 watts rms at 2 ohms which will be great for the rl-p. compared to the sx the sx may have an edge in spl depending on install, but the rl-p is a great all-around driver. ported it, tune it between 30-35 hz. and it should sound good.

hmm okay but i want it to be about the same loudness as my set up now just a tad bit better sound quality.

but i also thoght about just 1 12" alpine type r but i dont think it can handle the nine.1 but i dont really know i have never heard one. what is another good 12" sub for about 250 bucks for 1.

um right now i have 2 diamond cm312.2's with the nine.1 running at 2 ohms. but i want to go with just 1 12" with my new set up. also they are in a ported box tuned to 35 hrtz. also how much are the re sx's

i'm not in the mood so i'm not going to be sarcastic, or flame you, or tell you that a simple search would've found the answer, but they go for $290 shipped for a 15 so you can estimate what a 12 will run.
