Quick story

So i got off of work tonite and so i called my girl and told her is was off, so while im on the phone with her she tells me that her sisters friend which is a male says that his sub is louder than my pair of SX's. So im like no way in hell is he louder than me. So my girlfriend is on my defense and backing me up saying my shit is louder than his and she hasnt even heard his stuff yet. So she puts him on the phone and he asks me what i have and i told him so then i asked the same thing and he tells me that he has an Orion HCCA 15 and a kicker amp, so im like ok he should be pretty loud.

So i get to my girlfriends house and i see what kind of car he has and its a eclipse so im like ok it should be even louder because its a hatchback. So i meet the guy for the first time and everyone is ready to hear us go at it, i really wasnt on it by the time i got to her house but my girlfriend really wanted me to show this guy up because she talked so my shit to this guy about my system. So the guy is still confident i really didnt know what to expect.

So we go to a vacant lot so i ask him to let me hear his system so hes like naw i want to hear yours first, by this time im like man i aint got time to argue and play games so i go to my car and pop in the new Pimp C "Knockin Doors Down". (the song pounds) So i look at the guys face and everybody else and his mouth just dropped in shock. By the way this is the first time someone wanted to hear my system from outside kinda weird, dont you think he should have heard it inside at least. Real weird. So i cut my system off and go over to his car and he plays the same song. Let me tell you that my girls brother said that his sytem gave him a headache when riding with this guy.

So he cuts up the volume and switches a couple of things on the HU, and i was at the least dissappointed in what he had to show me. My front stage pounded harder than his 15 did. I felt that it was a waste of time and gas to show this guy what i had, we could have stayed in the neighborhood to hear his stuff.

But after we was all done he said he was going to through another 15 in there with another kicker amp so im like coo. The nice guy i am i told him i had an amp for him and everything and if he needed some help i could assist him. He had an Old school kicker amp i believe he didnt have the amp wired low enough to get that Orion to pound hard enough. Also he had a fart can on his eclipse i hate those

Yes it is quite comical. My amp can beat up your amp and so the story goes... I never got into all of that hooie. My concern has always been when I turn my sytem up, how does it sound?? SQ. Crisp, clean and no distortion at very high levels. Don't care what it sounds like on the ouside of the car, or if you hear it outside of the car at all. LOL!

Well this dude wasnt from around here, and i live a good distance from my girlfriends area, but thats y i got the viper alarm though. But this kid really seems like hes interested in car audio i got to help him out somehow and get his shit right

Yea im a nice guy and i like car audio if i can get someone sounding better that makes me look good and makes it look like i know what im doing instead of talking. Its kinda like action speaks more than words. Im always willing to give a helping hand whenever it comes to car audio its my hobby

The older HCCA Subs were actually really good subs. Help him out, throw some more power at it and charge him to build a better ported box and he should be much louder.

yea i showed him the box i made for my SX's and he was amazed that i made it. I told him we can make a box but he was still stuck on trying to buy a box to fit his eclipse so im like whatever dude. I told him i had a us amps 2000x for him.

Yea i owned the older HCCA sub and that thing was sweet i also owned the h2 also not bad itself, i feel orion doesnt get as much play as they should their subs r great
