Sound difference placing tweeter in apillar

Use the time alignment if your deck has that. Or Ive heard some people saying that wiring the tweeter out of phase might actually help put it back in phase?

Wouldnt be hard to try, just swap the wires on the amp.

using time alignment though means running active. One thing that *might* help is if you measure the distance from your head to the mid, and from your head to the tweet, and try to get them pretty close for distance. I don't really understand how people can hear sound being off anyway, sound travels about 600 miles an hour, which is 880 feet per second. (600 Miles/hour * 5280 feet/mile * 1 hour/3600 seconds). So even a distance of 88 feet is only one tenth of a second, when its only a couple feet isn't it a virtually inconceivable amount of time they're off by?
