Sound deading ?? I need some help

i have a 1999 4 dr blazer, planning to put a wall behind the rear seat, what would you guys reccomend for sound deading? how much of a difference does it make? Since when I will be getting metered on the passanger floor can you guys please help me with the factors that i can do to get the Most db's ??

Deadening a car will make a huge difference in many areas.
