Sound deadening.

When you sound deaden a door do you deaden both sides inside the door? Like so it is covered every where inside the door itself?

imo deadening the inside of the door then filling in the larger holes in the outer panel then deadening that would offer better response as well as cut down the outside noise.

I'd personally try to create a nice stiff baffle (layer where the speaker mounts to) and deaden the door card

Cool, thanks for the help. I just ordered a roll of regular raammat, and some of that rejected stuff only for use on the floors. Figured I would do the trunk while I'm at it.

I know a lot of people say SS is the best, but I just felt like this wasn't too bad of a deal.

Not sure what you mean by "door card"
