I have been researching the same thing and think that 1/2 roll is enough for the front doors. I would definately add foam, though. Everything that I have read leans in that direction.
On thing about ANT's product (above) that I noticed was that his closed-cell foam is available in a 3/8" version (best that I have seen), while the basic product from second skin and RAAMmat are both 1/8" and the product from ED is 1/4" (but it comes pre-adhesived).
On top of that, all of the deadening options seem to be roughly the same, so if I have the choice, I try to support a seller who supports the forums that I frequent. Draw your own conclusions there- I know 2 of those 3 vendors stand out in my mind as being above the third. Price is also a consideration, but I found that you save on deadener with one, but pay more for foam, and vice versa.
One other option is this:

Yes, it comes from Lowes, but it IS an aluminum-backed closed-call foam in a 1/8" thickness that has adhesive already applied. If you get in a pinch, it is an option. You will need to use HVAC tape to tape together the 12"-wide sections, but it is cheap and available locally.
If you are ordering deadening, though, I'd get foam from the same source.
