sound deadening

i have a 99 grand am and some 12" xplods. when it bumps my trunk rattles and shit. so could i put some sound deadening just in my trunk? how much will i need? will it get rid of the rattling or will it just not make it as noticeable

tried that did get too much.

Yup get u a sound deadning trunk kit my friend and your trunk will rattle no more. Theres some nice Dynomat Exteme Trunk Kits on ebay.
