Sound deadener?

I am in the market for some sound deadener mainly to stop all the rattles in my truck and if possible keep more air in my truck and get more SPL. This is the first time I am going to be using any deadener so I do not really know what the best deadener to get is. That is why I am asking you guys which deadener would be the best bet to stop rattles and possibly increase SPL, or keep as much air as possible in my truck? I know of Dynamat, Fatmat, Edead, second skin, and I am sure there are more but out of all the deadeners that are offered what is the best deadener for the money?

Well Dynamat Extreme is a rock solid product. I use RaamMat BXT myself and love it!! It sticks very very well and does a great job. Plus its much cheaper than Dynamat. You could also try eDead, VBlok and others which all work well it just depends really how ur budget can handle it. I've even seen a couple people redneck it with Peal N Seal from Lowes.

read up on this. this is one guy who tested several deadeners, so it not the company trying to hoax you into buying there products with little selling points. from it i gathered damplifier is best, better and cheaper than dynamat. and raammat is the best for the buck. just read the whole thing and you will learn alot.
