sound deaden?

well my system rattles my trunk, so what i just need to get sound deaden to fix the rattlling noise?

It should do the trick. You may also want to fill the cavities in the trunk lid with expanding foam.

And make sure bolts are tight etc.

i have used dynamat extreme and am currently using Edead V1SE in my new car. they both work well but the Edead is a lot less expensive.

Secondskin is a much better product to use then Edead. All edead is is rebadged peel n seel. I'd get something that is butyl based. Much easier to work with, and can withstand the changing Michigan climate.

the edead isnt peal and seal anymore, its butyl now (like real butyl, not the "butyl based" stuff they used to push)

but its thin..they offer some thicker stuff, but then the cost saving dissappear

I used some of the newer stuff, no problems with it, but its cheaper for a reason, less mass
