I was in K mart last night and I saw a truck bed liner "in a can". You know the plastic bed thats trucks have in the back to protect the bed from scrapes and what not. Well its in a can, were you can apply it using a paint brush, to any surface. The thickness of coats can also be varied.

My thought and question is, do you think that I can use this to help reduce any type of noise. Such as road noice or the rattling (any type of rattling) in my hatchback area from bass?
