I've used damplifier. Good stuff, works good and is pretty cheap. I still have 60+ square feet left, so i'm gonna do another layer sometime.

Raammat is excellent, rick is also a great guy to deal with.

I use eDead exclusively - but raammat would be my second choice if I had to make one.
