Its my first time diving into an active setup. I guess I dove in too far....without having enough experience/knowledge with it.

Looking back on it....as hard as it is to admit it......I definitely went about it the wrong way.....
I was originally going to do a single set, pretty much just how the front set is...then, last minute I decided to order another set right before I started glassing my doors...

Cut the rings up, and then that seemed like the best approach, but I never took into account how it would affect my stage.

Im thinking Ill disconnect the inner set and wait till I can get an h701, then go from there. Use my 9887 3-way for now, then incorporate a mid-range and mid-bass.

Sooo....I guess Ill have an extra set of mids laying around once I plug up the holes.

Fvck it, Im just gonna go back to my original plan for now. Ill just keep a spare set of mids around, use a single set. Im not re-glassing my doors anytime soon. No time or money to change things up now.
