sony xplode?

Hi all, i bought 2 12" sony xplodees in a cheesy sealed box and a sony 1200 watt amp, went got the amp wiring kit 5 awg power n ground wires all that. but after hooking it up i was really dissapointed it hits but not real hard, what i mean is it sounds nice n tight inside the car but u get out n shut the door u just hear the trunk rattling. kinda sucks. what i was wondering is should i port the box and if so where is optimal place to port it? or did i just get a bunk system... i assumed with 1200 watts i would be bumpin hard not just rattlin around... open to any ideas or suggestions thx i have a 2005 neon they mounted in trunk

because a major corp like sony makes a ton of money in other areas....probably a tiny tiny fraction is dedicated to car audio.....probably just a section of the company the CEO lets his nephew run or something lol just there to give some of the family a job......ha ha

No. With a proper install, you can make Sony products sound good. Reason why I referenced that mag is because he placed third in trifecta with stuff you call crap.

You can't even explain why it's crap. You just go with what you read on a forum. Unlike you, I actually go to shows around the country and people can do amazing things with products. You shouldn't brand bash just because you don't know what the fuck YOU are doing.
