Sony XPLOD CDX-F5000 Aux/RCA cord

Hey. I have a Sony XPLOD CDX-F5000 HU that's in my car. It works and all, could play cd's, listen to the radio and all that jazz but I want to plug in my phone with an aux cord to play music.

I know that there's an auxiliary plug in in the back of the whole unit and there are also RCA plug in where you can use a 3.5 jack or something. The thing is is that I don't know how to switch to the Aux cord source. I can get through the CD and Tuner but not the Aux cord.

How would I be able to get this to work?
