Sony to Peugeot Wiring Help

Hi i have a Sony CDX-CA700X (second hand old model). And im about to fit it into a Peugeot 306 (p reg), I have an Alpine 200w sub and two 70w (i think) 6x9 speakers to be mounted on the parcel shelf. The sub is housed but i require an amp. can anybody recommend an amp that will do the job to power the sub and parcel shelf speakers?

Also, the stereo has 'Bus Audio In' ports on the back (http://www.docs.sony.com/release/CDXCA700Xinstall.pdf) in the diagram it says this can be used for a cd multichanger. however, can i just connect an ipod cable direct to this and select it as a source?

yes. if it is used as a cd changer, you could use an ipod adapter and run it through there.
