Sonicelectronix Boxes Question.

I just put in a IDQ12 into a sealed 1.0 Sonic Electronix box, and due to some probs i'm having, i'm gonna start from scratch on the install. Without taking my box apart right now, I'm unsure what size of slide connectors i need to hook up to the binding posts. Its either .250 or .205. Anyone know what size they are? Or better yet, is there a better way to connect? Most terminal cups, in my experience, use the .250" connectors.

There is always the option to solder the wires to the tabs, though you may want to remove the lugs from the plastic housing, and then reinstall them after you've finished your soldering.

I'm just curious... what kind of problems are you having exactly? It's pretty hard to mess up when dealing with a sealed box and 1 cubic foot for a 12" driver is probably the most common of them out there. So long as the sub's specs are somewhat near that, it should sound just fine. Have you looked into other settings maybe that may be off or at least less-than-optimal?

Are you not getting the type of sound you want or just not loud enough?

Basically, I'm not used to ever using that much gain on my amp or dialing it in with my HU. The sounds is way diff (as to be expected) The sub definately hits alot harder in the real low range. Seems i lost all my midbass tho from the 2 10's. Thats where the tuning comes in.
