Like stated, it's most likely the shipping with the account and card.

The only problem I had with them is when my friend and I ordered a HU that promised a wiring harness to come with it. When we got it there was no harness. We were like "...uhh? no harness? wtf?" Instead of calling and having them ship out a harness which would take another week, we just went to a shop and got one for like $5. No biggie, but that's the only issue I've experienced.

well sonic electronix shipped out my hu thursday...it should be here wednesday..on friday it was in california
