sonic electronix anygood?

well, my cd player was defective, but they wouldnt replace it, so I had to send to them to get repaired, so I basically payed for a refurbished unit. they also made me pay shipping 4 times, so about 75 dollars in shipping.....were very rude on the phone, will never deal with them again.

 
I am dealing with them right now and they are pissing me off. I placed an order 5 business days ago and they had not bothered to email me to tell me that there were items that were on backorder, even though they said they were in stock and they still say that they are in stock on the website. I understand having it mistakingly say "in stock" when I order it, but once you have back orders on an item, for Christ's sake show it as being out of stock.

I told them to remove all the items from my order that they did not have and send my ourder out. They told me it would be sent out last night, however my order still says it is "processing" and I have yet to get a tracking number. I called them this morning and they told me that it shipped yesterday but I won't get a tracking number until around noon today. I have been shopping online for years and I have always gotten a tracking number the day that something has shipped, even if it was at midnight.

It seems to me that since they are $10-$20 cheaper than the millionbuys and woofersect.coms of the internet, they think they can have second rate customer service.

Good site, shitty return policy.
I bought 2 subs and sent them back, didnt even open anything up. ****ers charged me a bogus 15% restocking fee which is actually in their policy. But i didnt even open them, bogus customer support if you ask me. Will not be shopping there again.
OK, if it was in their policy that they charge a return fee, that is not their fualt. Also, what doe s that have to do with customer support? and also, I am wondering, Why did u send them back?

 
I bought my Clarion HU and Power Acoustik amp off them. Great experience both times, and they were the cheapest. Both items arrived in less than a week. No complaints. HU even came with the wiring harness and dash kit for my truck at no extra charge ala Crutchfield.

 
Ok, so I ordered a new H/U from them and want to pay, but I need a CC account so that they'll know I have a verified address. Only problem is I don't have a CC but I have funds which I desperately need to send. Any help?
