I am dealing with them right now and they are pissing me off. I placed an order 5 business days ago and they had not bothered to email me to tell me that there were items that were on backorder, even though they said they were in stock and they still say that they are in stock on the website. I understand having it mistakingly say "in stock" when I order it, but once you have back orders on an item, for Christ's sake show it as being out of stock.

I told them to remove all the items from my order that they did not have and send my ourder out. They told me it would be sent out last night, however my order still says it is "processing" and I have yet to get a tracking number. I called them this morning and they told me that it shipped yesterday but I won't get a tracking number until around noon today. I have been shopping online for years and I have always gotten a tracking number the day that something has shipped, even if it was at midnight.
It seems to me that since they are $10-$20 cheaper than the millionbuys and woofersect.coms of the internet, they think they can have second rate customer service.
