Song Volumes

Any way to even out songs volumes on iTunes before burning? Like I have a few songs real quiet and others louder, any way to make them the same?

buying a cd

but on nero they have a normalize volume on songs and theres another feature where you can manually make them louder...not sure on other programs but nero has it
