Somethings wrong with my amp help.

yesterday i was booming round town, having a great time. Took my amp out, becuase my buddy had been using it, everything was working great.

Anyways

Today, we go and hook it up to his jbl 12" and it starts to hummmm, and make weird noises? Im like wtf? So i undid everything a re hooked it back up? now it starts kinda playing the song, but instead its all fouwled out and does large burps every 1 second.

Then it hut into protection mode? I have no f@cking idea whats going on here?

anyone have any idea or suggestions as to what i should do?

ive had the same problem wiht a amp... it was a bad coupling cap and a bad preamp ic.

but for you i dunno.
