subs it seem when i switched amps the old amp made more bass and this just rattle more with less bass

what amp did you change to?

My guess is this amp is giving the subs more power so it's moving more and since you car is not deadened it's rattling the shit out of it.

i had a cheap wal mart sony amp now i have an hifonics titan txi1508d wit a a small wire need to upgrade to an 4 gauge wire

Sounds like you prefer clipped bass if the Wal-Mart amp was louder and you preferred it.

turn the speakers around or switch the pos and neg speaker wire on the amp. might be outta phase
