Nothing wrong with their products but when looking for answers I feel I would be better off to contact another company for answers about IA.

What grade Neodymium was used, going by your price point I would have to assume it is a N30 or N35. Also what kinda of plating was used? I would assume Nickel plating, any di-electric breakdown issues, yet?

Also who did you go through for the licensing?
