well i just addressed the above question...and as for God dying, Jesus was God in human form and he did die for me and you....but there's a diff threed for that already.....

Alcohol - I don't really like it. It's great to get a little buzzed, but getting drunk just isn't fun for me.

Marijuana - I love it. It should be legalized. I used to light up with my friends all the time. The only reason I quit is because it's illegal, I'm christian (I'm trying to live like God wants me to now) and the Bible says to obey man's law; if it wasn't illegal I'd definitely still be smoking.

Speed - Great if you want to stay up for long periods of time, or need some energy, but HIGHLY addictive, in all it's forms. I was addicted to Adderall (a prescription drug for ADD) for a while, and when I finally decided to quit I was next to bed-ridden for more than a week. I wouldn't reccommend it, especially if you're out of shape. It makes your heart rate increase big-time. I've smoked/snorted crystal meth a few times, but I prefer the pills.

Ecstasy - Probably my favorite drug. Rolling can be quite the experience. It basically makes me enjoy life more, and I learn to appreciate the little things when I'm on it. It's great when me and a few friends roll, then sit around and reminisce for hours. Good times.

Cocaine - I don't reccommend it. It's an expensive, short-lived high, and it makes you feel like you're better than everyone else. I've only done it a few times.

LSD - Holy cow. The scariest drug on the planet. It's perfectly safe physically, but mentally it does some crazy things. Sometimes your senses overlap (I've seen sounds, and smelled colors.). Like Pocahontas, it can make you sing with all the voices of the mountain, and paint with all the colors of the wind. It's really hard to describe. Every time is a totally different experience, sometimes it leaves you feeling like you understand yourself/God/the world better, and sometimes you feel like you've been to hell and back. Taking it with E (aka candy flipping) helps to prevent bad trips, and is a very nice combination.

Shrooms:

Kind of like LSD, but the effects don't last nearly as long.

I've also done PCP (not intentionally...), DXM, N20, Nutmeg, some prescription drugs, and probably more that I'm forgetting. I've never done crack, or any form of heroin. I've turned away from all of that, I haven't done any drugs in over a year, and I haven't drank since New Years. Can't say I didn't enjoy it, though. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Meth is the most retarded shit. Never done it but ive seen people stay up for weeks straight and start talking to shadows. Sounds like fun. I pop bars, drink and smoke weed. All in moderation of course //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/toast.gif.bc0657bf54b9ee653b6438524461341e.gif

well i commend you on following "mans laws" as the word states.....but does the fact that these drugs could kill you ever cross your mind when your doing them? jus curious?
Yeah, but at the time I didn't care. Weed can't kill me, so if they were all legal it's the only one I'd still do (and maybe E, but only occasionally).

I don't understand why so many people are posting about how "stupid" drugs are when the thread asked for you to state your favorite drug and why. If you don't use drugs or never will and don't like what they do to your body thats fine its your opinion but i seriously doubt you are going to sway anyones views about drugs by stating about "meth bugs" and lye or the damage it does to your body. Just a FWI i knew exactly what the drugs would do before i took them because i had done research on them beforehand and like many people that use drugs they "usually" find out what the risks are before they try it. So to answer the question about whether its worth it or not...... YES.... I mean why do so many anti drug people give a $hit about *other* people that use drugs when its not there own body?

I smoke bud and drink a little. I love to smoke, it helps me relax and isn't too intoxicating. Alcohol gets me f.ucked up, it's a lot more dangerous, and hangovers always ****, so I try to keep it to a minimum. I never really understood why alcohol is legal is marijuana isn't.

Here's some photos I took of some local herb. Ah, the benefits of living in the northwest.

Edit - and about meth, I would never touch that nasty sh|t, I've seen way too many of my friends lives get really f.ucked up from that drug.

Wow, looks like a peice of shit...hope you like smoking peices of shit...

Prodigy,
Go back and reread what he wrote. He is trying to create a parallel between the discrimination and segragation of blacks and his inability to legally smoke dope which absolutely does not exist. Read the quote in my sig; he says they are the SAME THING and that the law is UNJUST. His inability to smoke dope legally is NOTHING like civil rights issues, they don't even belong is the same paragraph together. Discrimination and segregation of colored people was a moral, ethical and constitutional issue......the legalization of pot is a societal values issue. If he wants to try to use alcohol and prohibition in his arguements for the legalization of pot, then more power to him......but to try to relate it somehow to civil rights is just absurd and foolish, and quite degrading to those who lived through and suffered during the civil rights era.
Geez....

Prodigy was right - I'm not saying its exactly the same thing... I'm saying its an unjust law, as was all that jim crow BS.... you said yourself....

I never said it was wrong
so if its not wrong, why the hell is it illegal?

Or heck, maybe next you'll explain how your not being allowed to smoke dope legally is just like the Holocaust?
Its not - the holocaust wasn't a a law in the US... and it really didn't have much to do with US laws. There is no parralel... although the holocaust was a terrible event, its not related to the point I'm making...

Are you assaulted on the street because you like to smoke dope?
I could be, by a crazy anti-drug moron.... but you are definitely assaulting me on this forum... people who smoke pot ARE alienated and discriminated upon.. and you cant do it in any public place. But you can booze it up in a bar then drive home if you want... alchohol makes you sick and can kill you... weed only makes you sick if you take a SERIOUS hit of the good stuff... but its not gonna kill you.

Is your life being hampered in some way because you can't walk down the street smokin' a joint?
What if I said yes? What if I feel it is restricting my life because I can't openly smoke marijuana? The speed limit restricts you... but *everyone* speeds... (put that in your sig for being "stupid"...) speeding is socially acceptable, but smoking pot isn't... you probably won't see the correlation, so whats the point.

Btw, i drew parallels with jim crow because I happen to be mixed - my grandparents and all before that had to deal with that sort of BS. They would get chased home from school with rocks being thrown at em... name calling, couldn't go certain places... It wasn't quite as bad becuase most of the BS i've heard happening came from my grandmother, who always lived in chicago. My great grandma I never heard from - but she was from the south... I'm sure she got it much worse.

Anyway, this is what came to my mind when trying to think of a law that was obviosly total BS and was fixed later on. Weed being illegal is a stupid law, even you yourself said its not wrong. I probably should have drawn parallels with prohibition - that would have been more obvious.

Last time I respond to this type of thread, opinions have no place here I spose...

oops, almost forgot to add that I haven't smoked in quite some time. Once a few months ago, and.... I don't remember before that. If it was legal I probably wouldn't smoke more... I also don't drink much, don't particularly like drinking.

As white people fought for civil rights - I'm fighting for legalizing marijuana! haha I couldn't help it... have some fun with that one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I'm right with ya...

btw.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/drool.gif.b5e863e893038027711d4402f340dad0.gif thats some good ish.

Wow, looks like a peice of shit...hope you like smoking peices of shit...
If it's that shit I sure do...

oh ya, my favorite drug is tryzadone (sp?) that i take to get to sleep.
So, I smoke pot to help me sleep, what's the difference, other than if you take a bottle of those your dead, and I can smoke a pound and be perfectly fine...

Why am I a useless scumbag for doing something that makes me happy and isn't hurting anyone else, so what if it might be a little unhealthy. I bet I'm more useful than you. Why don't we just outlaw junk food, I mean, I enjoy eating it, and it'll probably kill me a lot faster than smoking will, so what's the difference? Your more likely to die downhill skiing than taking extacy, looks like we better outlaw skiing now. Uh oh, people are damaging their ears with this loud bass, and it causes accidents and disturbs the peace, no more car audio!

I SHOULD NOT be a criminal for smoking pot, the majority of pot smokers are not part of the crime problem in America. 700,000 Americans were arrested last year for marijuana charges, far more than the total number of arrests for all violent crimes combined, 58 percent of the arrests were people of black or hispanic ethnicity, although they only make up about 20% of the pot smokers. Enforcing marijuana prohibition costs taxpayers an estimated $10 billion per year, the money used to prosecute those individuals should of gone towards stopping REAL crime. I'm not hurting anyone, so leave me alone!
