im selling this 9.1 on ebay and i put adire in the title cause thats what every1 does and i got this

But my auction actually ends before the time that it says. I cant just end the auction and i cant take it out of my title cause some1 already bid on it.

o wow... thats a new one to me. i cant believe someone really emailed u that. Don't everyone put like JL, kicker, etc. on there titles? I wonder why Adire took it offensively.

i know i see every1 add stuff. And the head of adire has nothign else better to do then threaten me with a law suit. I didnt even use the company name i put adire. ISent the copy righted word Adire audio?

it says in the listing of an item you are not supposed to list other manf. and if you see that NOT crap or LIKE crap, you can report the auction.

I do the same thing for Kicker...

you got a letter from Ebay, but it is enforced by Adire. If Dan registered Adire as a Trademarked name, for his company, he is within legal limits to get after you. Also, since that picture belongs to Ed, they can as well. Copywrite and Trademark laws...

Change the first line of the description to state that Adire Audio is in no way connected to this product, and that you were using keyword spamming when placing Adire Audio in the description.

i mean come on....... thats rediculous. Every1 does it. No warning right away i get threatened with legal crap.
