Mega : tested the site in Safari, IE7, Mozilla, and Firefox. All displayed the wiring/copyright thing properly. It looks like they fixed it by adding a couple line breaks below the image lol.
Anyway req, here's an honest critical opinion : Overall I would say it's pretty good for your average small business website, however it could be improved to add a lot to the site.
For the graphics you made, the top logo I would say is ok. There is nothing really bad about it, however it just doesn't quite do anything for me. It's got the logo and some text on a fancy background. I think it's way too large and doesn't fill up the space well. A good start and you've got the right idea though.
The wiring diagrams I think could be greatly improved. For an image that is 90% black and grey having a ground wire that is just a black line with a soft white outer glow makes it blend in to the image too much. The photoshopped terminals should be redone, they just don't look right. I personally thing the whole concept of those images is flawed, they are supposed to be diagrams, not photorealistic pictures of wiring, if that's what you wanted you should just wire up a sub and take a picture of it. I think starting with the picture of the sub as a base and doing some kind of simple stylistic line drawing would be the best.
*edit* req : there are other places where the page content overflows the footer and should be addressed.
