which is why i started the post with the if anyone is interested preface. i know there's people here that live in hawaii, and other places with beaches. but i also know there's people on here that wanted pictures of snow because they've never seen it. so just thought i'd post these for people that haven't seen tropical areas, or won't ever get to go to hawaii

Dog lives on Oahu, which is where Honolulu, Waikiki all the other touristy sh it is. I seen him and his "crew" a few times when I lived out there. Nice pics btw

I have to really ask. WHO THE FUK actually uses 56k phone lines aside from maybe grand parents that have had internet forced on them??

I can connect to the internet at near 128 anywhere I can bag a gsm grps edge/hscsd connection. even in the most nasty slums of Africa. Costs me about 75 dollars to bag that when available.

Even via SATELLITE through thuraya I can get better speeds than 56k.

My question is.. WHO THE FUK IS USING any connection speed so slow that we still need to give a 56k warning??????

i've had this discussion with people and unfortunately there ARE still people on 56k. mostly they're people that live out in the middle of nowhere though where high speed isn't available without having to pay out the *** for it.

i went to Oahu last year we stayed on wikkie beach or how ever you spell it.

I swear their was an ABC Store every 10 feet.
