What up audiophiles. well i used to be a daily visiter here for about 2 years, and its been about 2 years since ive been here. When i left I had a 15" A series eD sub with tsunami 1100 amp and 2.5 cf ported box tuned to 32 Hz. Well that was in my old car, an Acura TL, and that car is gone and with it i sold the setup cuz i didnt want sumthing that big in my new car. Anyway, im back and looking for a new setup.
When i left the subs that i liked in terms of price and capability were ed A series (which i know they are discontinued now), RE XXX, image dynamics ID max, and the adire audio brahma. So what new subs are out there that are similar to these?? Im looking to get a single 12 inch sub. Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Also looking for an amp to power the sub, so im guessing around 600-1000 watts is enough right?? I want it to be in a ported box, tuned to about 30 Hz. I saw the eD nine.1 seems to be a good choice, any others to consider??
