Some good cheap 6.5in subs that bang

No 6.5 is going to bang. A $50 one sure as hell isnt. You would be better off with 1 12

I have a pair of American Bass XD 6.5s in T-Line enclosures built by CSCStang, and they are very, very, VERY impressive.

At least once a week I am asked what brand my 12s are.

Theres PLENTY 6.5s that bang. I've personally heard a trio of DD 6.5s that sounded very good as well.

BUT not for just $50...

At a shop in houston there's a guy with 8 AB XD65s and he was in the upper 140s. He's in the process of changing the box

to being tuned correctly for those subs. Im interested in hearing the final product.

nope insignia they were $50 sound good bass was good untill i blew the sub only will go down to around 60hz now

Need to upgrade man. Blown subs are no good.

My friend has them DD 6.5 woofers in his R32 and they sound good. Not shaking the block, but sound good.

Chris's Tline box, say no more. I believe you lol. I have 4 8's Tline and metered it today, did 144.3

I wasn't saying they can't get down. Bang being relative, that's not happening.

Depending on your idea of bang, after seeing OPs post, I don't think his hopes are that high

lol I have heard them. Installed a few. Yes they get down for 6.5s, no they do not "bang"

Well, perhaps you should come up here and hear a vehicle with 8 of them that "bangs" harder than 2 15's.
