well i got my avalanche 15 pointed towards the cab and sealed off but i got a few concerns.
does it has to be completely sealed off like the way if a box has a tiny leak it will screw everything up. i can only get it sealed up like 95%-98% or so since the hinges for my trunk go through the rear deck so i have to leave room for their range of motion. i did try to get it best as i could.
does fiberglass resin eat expanding foam, i want to cover up the expanding foam in fiberglass resin to make it harder since it seems a bit squishy kind of firm but not exactly rock hard as i would like.
To make sure everything is sealed up i can sit and listen and see if it gets louder when you open the trunk up right and if it does that means i got somemore sealing to.
