At Iasca there was a guy with 4 13 w7's and they sounded like *** compared to my 2 15" Q's. Install dependent for sure.

i had 2 x 12" rl-ps on an orion 2500d @ 1 ohm = 2500wrms.got a 12w7 on the orion now @ 3 ohm =1400 wrms, the w7 is louder and cleaner than the 2 x rl-ps.

To your ear or on the mic? This doesn't seem logical unless your rlps were in a .5 cube sealed box each and your W7 is in 3 cubes tuned to 45hz

um last year at a local car show a guy had 2 13w7's in a ported box in a lexus gs300 and with 2 mojo amps he was doing 148.5db's for 30secs on the ac190 mic at the kick

and another guy had 4 13w7's in a ported box with 4 jl 1000/1 amps and was able to burp a 151 for 30secs on the ac190 mic at the kick

thats because too many people are always comparing companies to internet companies

there are a lot of subs out there for $750+ but when you can get an Fi or TC sub for a couple hundred...
