could be a chinese knock off.

Doesn't seem plausible, there are none for sale currently besides this one. This thing seems very well built and no mentions of fakes anywhere. Someone had one that had 2 channels which no one seen before and it checked out.

Doesn't seem worth it to make a fake. The build quality is very good. Again no mention of fakes anywhere. I'm sure I would have found something about fakes.

Okay dude, dont believe the people that literally do this shit 24/7.

There are lots and lots of one off amps out there. That doesnt make them good. There are no federal regulations on what manufacturers have to put as their output wattage. So basically they can say their amps do 5k or 10k wattage max and they dont do anything near it. Its all marketing. Dont be a chump

Solid audio makes great stuff. This is a true 2500rms amp. I had the 1500 and it outperformed my sundown 1500 and aq1200. Loved the amp. Wish i never sold it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

It was definitely a screw up. Its the f2500 it will put out 2500rms at 1 ohm. But is a korean zenon board just like all the other nuthugging online brands that are sold on here.

I asked about it and got the following:

"to inform you about the 2500D i have seen head on head testing vs

a memphis 4000 and the solid matched the numbers the memphis was doin,

solids love higher voltate and u can tell them that these amps are .175

stable rolling the volume, just roll it slow so the protection circuit can

catch if anything happens as to the worth of em ive seen em go anywhere from

350-550 dollars they do all rated power and them some as long as voltage is

kept up. But as price i would say 350-550 would be a resonable price to for

these. Also theres a place in Virginia the can modify these amps so u can

hold the speaker outs of the amps together basically ground them out to

eachother and it wont protect or fry anything. expensive moddifying though."

The guts of the 2500 do look powerful. Look like they are built very similar to the Sundown SAZ-1500D, except with a few more FETs. Kinda in between the Sundown SAZ-1500D and SAZ-3000D.

Its a decent amp will do close to its if not lil more 2,500 rating. Pending condition $250 - $300 I'd run it over a sq 2200 any day of the week. And that's their used price.
