Sold Amp.....Refund?

Don't know how much you have talked to him about it and what's been changed, but it's clearly the LPF that is a big, if no the sole, problem, although I can't tell if it's set all the way down or a little over halfway. He also needs to turn the bass boost off. And can't tell if the gain is at about 4V or about 1V, did he set that correctly? Also the power wire, but that's been mentioned.

Definitely does not deserve a refund. If he's new, sure help him out, but it's his mistake, not yours. Chances are nothing is wrong anyway, he's just got a setting wrong somewhere.
